This term at Gallions, we are time travellers. Last Tuesday, some strange visitors arrived in our school. There was sightings of Winston Churchill giving speeches in the playground; Marie Curie was caught wondering into classrooms; Julius Caesar was recruiting for the Roman Legions in the playground; and a secretive WW2 code-breaker was found to be joining in with maths lessons.
The visitors sparked lots of questions throughout the school and the pupils are starting their learning aiming towards the big end of term finale – so keep an eye out for invites!
If you want to know more about what your child is learning, take a look at our knowledge organisers, which can be found on the project page of our school website.
